7-128 Software has just released both their GameBook games and their PizzaGames for the Macintosh. Many of 7-128's games are blind and VI accessible and all of them have some accessibility features. All these games are rated as to their accessibility on their website, www.7128.com.
PizzaGames are for younger children ages 2 to 7. GameBook games are for older children to adult.
The PizzaGames are educational games that teach letters, numbers, words, definitions and simple addition and subtraction concepts. The first game is "Here Comes the Duck", that has children as young as 2 able to play a computer game.
GameBook games include mysteries to solve, and puzzle and word games. All blind accessible games are self voiced as well as working with JAWS.
